Cancellation Policy 

I understand, having a busy life myself, that appointments you make may not be suitable and you need to reschedule. 

I offer a very reasonable and fair booking and cancelation process to make it as simple and flexible as possible to avoid unnecessary costs to both myself and you the client. 

* A £10 deposit is required when booking. 

* Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the appointment are free. 

* Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the treatment

* Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
